Problem

Original driveway was 15+ years old with extensive cracking and settling. homeowner wanted a clean, durable replacement that would handle PNW freeze-thaw cycles.

Solution

Full tear-out of existing concrete. Re-graded for proper drainage away from the house. 6" gravel base compacted. #4 rebar grid at 18" spacing. 4,000 PSI broom finish with tooled edges.

Clean, structurally sound driveway with proper control joints. Water now drains correctly away from the garage.

Solution

Excavated and graded the backyard area. 4" gravel base. Stamped ashlar slate pattern with integral color in a warm gray tone. 4,500 PSI mix. Sealed with high-quality acrylic sealer.
